Job Responsibilities 🔹 Assist in corporate recovery and insolvency (i.e. receivership and liquidation) assignments, in various industries. 🔹 Assist in formal and informal debt restructuring scheme. 🔹 Delivered in-depth diagnosis of distressed companies’ financing requirements, including review of the business plan and evaluation of stakeholder positions. 🔹 Worked on credit and loan review, share valuations, project feasibility studies, forensic/investigative audit and other advisory work.
